COVID REQUIREMENTS
Pre-Competition COVID-19 Testing
All athletes and coaches attending the event must have a negative COVID-19 test result from a sample that was collected within 72 hours of the start of their competition.
PCR testing is preferred but we will accept FDA EUA approved antigen tests.
The COVID-19 Test Result Google Form must be completed by all athletes and coaches.

Click this link to submit your results

COVID TEST RESULT SUBMISSION
Testing must be performed within the 72hrs prior to 4PM the day before the athletes first competition (For example, if your first competition is on March 23, then you have to be tested between 4pm March 19 and 2PM March 22). PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THE POLICY REQUIREMENT IS TO TEST WITHIN THOSE 72HRS, IF YOU LEAVE THE TESTING UNTIL THE FINAL HOURS, YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE TIME TO GET/SUBMIT/UPLOAD YOUR RESULTS BY THE 4PM DEADLINE THAT SAME DAY!
If the athlete does not complete their test within the specified timeline, they will not be allowed to compete. If the result of the athlete’s test is positive, they will not be allowed to compete.
A negative test result is valid for 96hrs starting at 6pm the day before the athletes’ first competition.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO SAME DAY TESTING AVAILABLE IN MAMMOTH WITHOUT HAVING SYMPTOMS.
Most testing facilities in Mammoth take multiple days to get results back. We highly recommend getting tested before coming to Mammoth.
Here are some links to testing sites in Mono and Inyo Counties.
